Terms of Service

Service information, responsibilities, and your rights.

Last updated: 2026-10-04

1. Our agreement

These terms govern hosting, domains, and related services supplied through TelaCloud, operated by Velloforge, with business location in New York, United States. They apply together with the plan specifications, prices, billing cycle, and any additional conditions shown or agreed when you order. Contact support@telacloudhq.com with questions before purchasing. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter this agreement or act with appropriate authority for an organization. Provide accurate contact and billing details, keep them current, and protect account access. You are responsible for activity by people you authorize to use the service. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.

3. Orders and activation

An order may require payment verification, complete billing details, availability checks, fraud review, and provisioning before activation. A payment receipt is not itself confirmation that hosting is active or a domain is registered. We will show order/service status in your account. If an order cannot be fulfilled, contact support to arrange the appropriate remedy under your order and applicable law.

4. Prices, currency, and payments

Review the amount, currency, billing cycle, taxes, and payment-provider fees before paying. Hosting and domain registration can have different billing periods. Domain prices may be converted from registrar costs into the site currency and may change for future orders or renewals. A displayed invoice is not automatically repriced merely because an exchange rate changes.

Account deposits create available balance and do not automatically pay every outstanding invoice. Use the invoice payment flow to apply balance to an order. You remain responsible for checking invoice status and retaining payment references.

5. Renewals and expiry

Keep track of service due dates and domain expiry dates, maintain current contact details, and pay renewal invoices in time. Do not assume that reminders or recurring billing will guarantee renewal. Unpaid services may be suspended or terminated after applicable notices and requirements. Domain grace periods, redemption fees, and restoration options are controlled by the relevant registry and may vary.

6. Domain services

A domain search is an availability check at that moment, not a reservation. Registration is subject to registrar/registry acceptance, accurate registrant information, eligibility rules, and applicable domain policies. Premium, restricted, or unsupported domains may require separate approval or may be declined.

You are responsible for your domain contact information, nameserver choices, and any rights or permissions needed to use the name. Domain services are also subject to the applicable registrar and registry rules. Completed registration, renewal, or transfer costs may not be recoverable from the registrar; refund requests remain subject to the applicable order terms and mandatory legal rights.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use services for unlawful content or conduct, phishing, fraud, malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, abusive network activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not evade resource limits or interfere with other customers or infrastructure. Use only resources and features included in your plan. Cryptocurrency mining and other unusually resource-intensive workloads require our express agreement.

8. Resource limits and service scope

Storage, bandwidth, domains, databases, and other limits are those specified for the selected plan. A hosting plan does not include every possible service or software license. Email, dedicated IPs, migrations, managed administration, backups, and other extras are included only when explicitly stated. Contact support before relying on a feature that is not listed.

9. Customer content, security, and backups

You retain responsibility for your content, website software, updates, credentials, and lawful use of data. Keep independent backups of files and databases. Do not assume provider backups or restoration services are available unless expressly included. We may access or process service data where needed to operate the service, investigate an issue, address abuse, or comply with law, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

10. Maintenance and service interruptions

Maintenance, security events, upstream failures, DNS changes, and other factors can affect availability. We will communicate service information where appropriate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. An uptime commitment or service credit applies only if expressly stated in a separate agreement or the purchased plan.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend service for unpaid charges, serious security risks, unlawful activity, or material violations. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent protective action may be needed without advance notice. You may request cancellation through support; cancellation and data retrieval should be arranged before the next due date. Keep your own copy of data before closing a service.

12. Refunds and cancellations

Any refund offer expressly included with your order applies according to its stated conditions. No additional refund period is promised by this page. Submit other requests to support@telacloudhq.com with the invoice number and reason so we can review fulfillment, provider costs, any agreed offer, and applicable law. Cancellation does not necessarily reverse completed third-party domain operations. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

13. Liability and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from customer software, customer content, unauthorized credential sharing, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support first so we can investigate a dispute. The agreement remains subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections.

14. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms for future orders and changes to services. Where required, material changes affecting an existing agreement will receive appropriate notice. The updated date on this page identifies this version. Questions, cancellation requests, and reports of abuse can be sent to support@telacloudhq.com.
